2. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.
We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
• The product is unavailable
• There is an error in the price or description
• Payment is not authorised
• We suspect fraud or misuse
• Delivery is not available to your address
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to make product descriptions, specifications, prices and images as accurate as possible.
However, minor differences may occur. Product colours, packaging or accessories may vary slightly from images shown.
Technical information is provided as a guide. You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for your intended use before purchase.
For compressors, air tools and machinery, you should check airflow, pressure, power supply, duty cycle, plug type, noise level, maintenance requirements and any accessories needed.

Prices are shown on the website.
Prices are inclusive of VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
6. DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates unless we specifically agree a guaranteed delivery service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policy.
Returned goods should be unused, complete and in resaleable condition unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. FAULTY GOODS
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos, videos or return of the item so we can inspect the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your legal rights.
10. WARRANTY
Products may include a warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repairs or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
